[EU] Pre-ordered X450 in March - support claims I picked Mower in Person🤦
I don't know what else to do, so I'll share my story.
Pre-ordered X450 on March 17th from Segway Europe website, with free garage and 1 year extended waranty. Paid €3199 in full. Suppose to start shipping on 31st of March.
April 13th contacted support via website chat, then again on 29th and was given a fedex tracking number and assured that it is for mower, garage will be sent later. But tracking info said it is only 12.9kg package, so I was suspicious. Today I received it and it is a garage, no mower of course.
Contacted support and now they claim I picked up my mower in person on 25th of March! After I explained that it was pre-order only until 31st of March and asked from where it was picked up, I was told that logistics team is in a meeting and I need to wait. I waited three hours, logistics was still in a meeting!
On April 20th I also sent email to support, asking about my order, but got no response. Today I sent a notice that I will dispute the purchase, if I do not receive a tracking number for mower or a full refund before end of Tuesday working day. Sent a summary to chat support as well, they didn't respond after that message.
I have all messages saved, screenshots of my order status page, where it says that I received garage only.
Not really sure what else I can do, but I do want to warn others to not purchase anything from their EU website, I suggest to buy from local supplier only.
Advice on my situation would be welcome as well.
