soooo I have a 1 y.o. and the whole year + pregnancy I have been struggling. 2 days ago I finally took a psychiatrist consultation and she prescribed sertraline. I have never taken it before in my life but I have big hopes to stop being miserable

and today I have a suspicion that I'm pregnant again. I didn't take a test yet (plan to have it tomorrow morning), but I have a SENSE iykyk. and now I feel miserable even more. I'm scared to have the second kid so close after the first. and also I know I will not handle it without medication. but I have no idea if it's okay to START it at the very beginning of a pregnancy. did someone have this experience?

I actually have a prescription but it is from a foreign doctor so I guess it would be hard to get it without a Turkish prescription if any prescription is needed. Can someone share their recent experience?
