In a world with Kira, crime will have massively decreased, and global wars have ended. But at what cost? It’s not because human beings have become peaceful, it’s because everyone lives in fear that one mistake, could lead to their uncontrollable death. It is a police state, all at the will of the psychotic serial killer, Light Yagami.

I think in the current world, justice is attempted to be served, even if often, shamefully faulty. Yes, it can be improved a lot. Tragedies in the justice system have happened to me and to a lot of people.

But Kira is not the solution, Kira eliminates our right as a society to make mistakes. Kira take away risk, and replaces it with eternal fear. All at the whim of a sociopath, named Light Yagami.
