I can name and shame the company but I am sure the admin will delete the pot, so here goes the story.

I bought a second hand car few months ago, and I was doing random check on a daily basis now I have realize the quantity that I need to refill the coolant, however I was not sure which coolant I need and I fail to recognize it when I opened it its neither green nor blue.

so I went to the shop asked him he said you can use any one of it so I give it a try and thought lets wait for one more day and ask the company itself.

next day I called the so called Japanese company spare parts show room gave him the details he said you can use either green or blue but he also mentioned he is not sure.

I didnt stop there because I need the confirmed details, so I called the service center, the women she was not technical so she took my number and promise me to call back which she did and what she replies to me is basically surprised me, she said either you can use green or blue but you need to bring the car here to check which one can be used.

now the question is how does they don't even know the basic of the vehicle where these people are technical and they are dealing with same thing on a daily basis.

this is very basic and it doesn't required someone to run from pillar to post.

I know I might have solve this by showing to any technician but at the end what is the liability of the these so called showroom people they just wanted to sell the car and that it.
