We're just a group of five friends (3 of us are childhood friends and me and my friend's girlfriend). We joined a guild at the start of the 1.1 or something and we had been pretty active almost everyday and for every content.

We used to even queue perception with the guild members together and we became close to each other.

The guild do not have many people, we can barely have 10 people, 15 if lucky in guild wars. We just have about enough people for GHR.

There are probably like two major groups in the guild, ours, and the other, guild leader's. However, over the past few months, the game has been dry, the guild has been dry. But we managed to show up for Breaking Army, GHR, NHR, Guild Wars all the time. But the guild leaders and their friends have been absent in almost everything. And to the point of being selfish in HRs, like one run for them and it's done for the week unless one of their friends need another. And because we used to even speedrun, the group is solid. Last monday, there were like 2 wipes on general because most of us were just having fun, and there was a disruptive message by the guild leader asking are we serious to lose this boss twice as if we're wasting the time. And even in Guild Wars, it was just us 5, and none other joined while they were online and many facts pinpoint that they could.

So, we decided to leave for a more active guild where we could do speedruns, have multiple contents or anything. But then I was simply messaged "why?" when the answer was obvious. We didn't hold any grudge or anything against this but one of my friend had been sad that her playmate from the other group is in a hard position where he wants to leave but couldn't because he is close with them. I mean, for us, leaving the guild doesn't mean we severe the friendships, albeit, it's not even a different server or location we're moving. We just don't want to be the ones doing all the contents while the other party cannot commit two hours or three a week. I nor 3 of my friends still do not care about how they think but one of my friends is still sad because that platemate of hers decided to just semi-leave the game instead. I know there could be emotional things and stuffs, but c'mon? Are we the bad ones here because us seeing the other party playing other games while the guild war was on, and never participating in BA, and only there for themselves for GHR/NHR even though they're the guild's core really disappointed us because it's 2 hours per week of gameplay?
