Hi, just wanted to share my experience.
Tldr: It was a polyp, and a bit of hormonal imbalance. What "cured" my heavy bleeding and continuous bleeding was a hysteroscopy where the polyp was cut out.
22F. So in the beginning of the whole womanhood journey, my meses was alright but it just started getting worse. I'm talking about the menses coming for longer, more painful and then twice in a month. Then it was spotting more often than not (literally), and eventually made it to bleeding out everyday for years. Ultrasounds showed nothing back until I went private and did a transrectal scan (cause I'm a virgin) and it showed a mass. One MRI later, it's a polyp right at the area ultrasound couldn't catch :/ I was on birth control during the bleeding out years. But obviously I'm not on birth control now, since the problem (the polyp) was removed and now resolved. Though I am still observing my cycles as a whole, it's not perfect, but it sure was better than bleeding everyday and then having a complete mental and emotional breakdown because doctors couldn't find out what's wrong. Feels like I got a second puberty honestly. So if you're bleeding out or spotting for months now, do check out your doctor. Having heavy periods all the time isn't normal. If you want it solved, pay some $$$, get your hormones and scans done.
2nd tldr: Had something stuck up my ass to find a mass stuck in my vagina. I lost my sanity (temporarily) due to this ball of flesh and I've lost my virginity (temporarily?) to a metal tool. Thank you for reading and I hope this helps you.
