Any ideas or should I just get it taken out?

I’m at my wits end. I hate bleeding. Always have since I got my first period when I was 13. Have always done what I can to avoid it. I’m not sexually active so I don’t need a period to tell me if I’m pregnant or not.

Brief history:
-pill from 15 y/o to 26 y/o. Different varieties but majority on the 3 month pack and then I just skipped the placebo week. If I had breakthrough bleeding, I would stop the pills for three to five days and would stop the bleeding.
-liver issues in 2024. Doctors told me to stop the pill bc estrogen can worsen the issues. Immediately stopped the pill and got nexplanon in August 2024.
-no bleeding AT ALL from insertion to Dec 1 2025. I have bled basically everyday since Dec 2025. (Sometimes full periods for weeks at a time, other times just light spotting, but always enough to need to use something)

What I’ve tried:
-two months of low dose estrogen pill only - bleeding stops while on the pill but comes back in full swing with a week of stopping
-14 days of high dose estrogen pill (same as above re bleeding)
-5 days of high dose naproxen (bleeding stopped for longer than a week this time but has come back in full force)

Other info:
-abdominal and TV ultrasound show no abnormalities
-no physical trauma that would cause the issue
-this bleeding comes with full period symptoms (GI, cramps, etc)

I really liked the nexplanon until the bleeding started. No side effects, no weight gain, limited pms symptoms. I know some bleeding is normal. But this?! I’m fucking miserable. Please help. Anyone dealt w this? I know you aren’t doctors but was just seeing if you all have any ideas. Thank you 🫩❤️

Dentist

Bruh where can I find a dentist that doesn’t feel like an MLM scam? Tried Swish and they were definitely trying to sell me on stuff I didn’t need and run the cost up. Don’t need anything fancy - just my normal twice yearly cleaning.

I searched, but most recent post on this topic is nearly a year old and still has a lot of people recommending the “big box dentists” as I like to call them.

Thanks all!
