My brother bought me the ROG ally for Christmas, so I haven’t had it very long, but there’s multiple times I have had to reset/power cycle using the volume down and the power button, for it to turn back on and show signs of life, including displaying the LED charging indicator. This is the second time so far that it’s randomly turned off completely, showing no signs of life and where power cycling it does nothing (does not turn on charging indicator despite being plugged in, no LEDs on the joysticks turn on, screen does not turn on or show logo).
Is this a common problem?
I had looked it up the last time it happened and found something that helped me get it to come back on but I can’t seem to find the solution online again.
Yes original charger, yes unplugged and plugged back in, power cycled using just power button for 30 secs, power cycle with volume down and power button varying times, etc.
