Hello! I know many men/partners don't come on here often asking for advice, but i thought to give it a try.

My partner has PCOS, and I (a man) have been trying all I could to support her in any way, from healthy eatting to working out with her at the gym. Although she is taking contraceptives to help "deal with it" (although i can tell she really hates being on it), i want to seek out some help from people who do have the condition.

I hate seeing my partner look through commentary of how people are criticizing those overweight only because theyre eatting unhealthy foods (as i have seen when i accidentally look over what shes doing), with no consideration of any health conditions at all. I love her a lot and I wonder if there's anything I can do.

She has also ranted to me about the fear of not having kids, or if shes off the contraceptive that she would be overweight and look (as i quote from her) "fat and hideous" and I cant help but feel sad for her.

Any advice? :(

Quick note; my English isnt all that good :')

So I am starting to get into working out again, since I am home more often. A friend told me to not eat carbs, as it is bad for you. I thought it was a myth bust and you do need a bit of carbs? Not full on junk food/sweets of course, since my partner has PCOS i want them to make sure that they're eatting well (as in, contributing to cooking more). But I want to make sure I am also not making it so that cooking healthy foods mean that its going to be sad looking food, as it was like in the 2000s or 90s. That is unfortunately the only way I know about healthy food that its a sad looking salad.
