Mechanic says I need a new engine can it be salvaged ?

I need help figuring out what could be causing this to keep seeping out. I took it to valvoline and a few days later it wouldn’t turn on. I took it to my mechanic and he said that they put the incorrect filter he redid the oil change put a new filter, but it’s still leaking oil. What could be causing this? It’s a 2010 Honda civic EX coupe 190k miles.
