So after another extremely nauseating morning, I decided to quit (again) and for the first time installed a tracker app. Gotta have the decision in black and white instead of only in my head.
The app asked how much per day, the cost, how long etc, and the amount of money wasted is absurdly high! Well I knew it was gonna be bad, but not nearly this bad. I feel terrible, guilty, wasteful, failed, everything. I don't know if negative feelings are a good motivation or not, but at least this is not going to decrease my commitment.
Anyway, thanks all in this sub! Your posts really make me feel better, motivate and show there's light at the end of the tunnel.
Tomorrow I'm supposed to have drinks with my old friends... Wish me luck! :)
