Hey, this is my first time painting ever

I got really pushed into doing so for therapy, so please if you could avoid being harsh when replying, I'll appreciate

Anyway, I don't really know how to paint exactly or what to do, I have only very cheap tools, so this is purely what came to my hands, I just followed the movements

I'm now wondering if you guys had any advice, should I keep going with painting? And what meaning or story do you see behind those paintings?
