I really like Mizuki's Japanese Cafe because they provide a Google Doc with each episode that has the translation, furigana, and original script. So you can challenge yourself with some skeletal support. I like to read half of the English script first and feel good about all the words I can catch, then switch to the kana/kanji and try to follow along.
