Acadia week with kids - itinerary check please
Good morning, traveling from the Southern States with 2 adults and 4 kids aged 7 - 14 in June. Looking for feedback and ideas for our itinerary. Thank you!
Arrive and spend 2 nights at The Claremont. Planned to settle in, hike nearby and recover from travel/unwind from work. Mainly stay at/near the resort.
The next 3 nights will be at Terramor. We have reservations for Cadillac Mountain. Plan to spend most of these 3 days on an adventure…
Attempting reservations for Jordan Pond House but understand that they take walk ups.
I’m planning to see the big highlights (Thunder hole). Would like to book a whale watching tour, kayaking adventure and horse drawn carriage ride.
Am I missing anything? Would greatly appreciate meal and company recs. Thank you.
