I took a fall with my bike and ended up damaging the bezel and ceramic insert of my seamaster.

I visited a Omega service center near me and they quoted me a price of €1200-1300 to replace the bezel and the insert (since they cannot be ordered separately).

There are also some scratches on the crystal at the 12 o'clock, but that could also just be the AR coating.

They quoted me around €250 for a replacement crystal.

Does anyone else have experience with this and what is your opinion on the pricing?
