Brought a friend visiting from out of town and we did the Pony.ai ride near Houhai. Two things I didn't expect:

1. The rear-seat tablet has a Network-Cloud-Music app built in. You're literally choosing songs on your phone while the empty driver seat is doing all the

work.

2. The dual-screen view of the road shows the AI's pedestrian and lane detection in real time. When we hit a crosswalk it lit up every person walking. My

friend started saying "this is the future" out loud.

For folks here who haven't tried it — the PonyPilot+ app needs +86, but the WeChat 出行服务 mini-program now has a Pony entry that should be easier (rolled out Guangzhou first, expanding to Shenzhen).
