Hello, I've been a long time player of the Sims Freeplay, but for many months now, my game has been freezing at the loading screen and I can't access it all.
This all started when I began playing side games to earn LP. I got really good at one of the side games and had thousands of notifications in my Sims Freeplay that I've earned a reward. Now when I try to open my game, it gets through the "reticulated splines" part of loading but then freezes completely before my town can load.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I've sent a couple of emails to ea help but have received no response in 6+ months.
Can anyone help or has experienced this issue? As I said I've been playing since the game came out and put a lot of time and money into my town over the years and I'd really like to get my game back.
I sincerely appreciate any tips or advice on how to correct this issue.
