So when I did this recorded behaviours thing, I genuinely thought my first example was really good but the second one I wasn't expecting and I ended up spewing a bunch of crap that in retrospect I don't think was even applicable. When I'd completed this, I had literally said to myself "Im definitely not going to get this, but it'll be a great learning point for my next interview". Then I opened my feedback and saw this!!

Just a shout-out to my unknown marker- thank you and bless you. I'm so miserable in my current role in the private sector, and my best friend has this exact role and has said nothing but praise for it. I'm so happy I finally get to join a good team and do good, useful work.
