Just wanna rant here and say it all out.
How do you guys find time for prep, office work takes up most of the time but its also damn toxic - in case of prod issue, product is now asking who is the developer behind this issue and they say it out load that if this developer is responsible for issues then we have Al - low key implying that we are a disposable batch of people. This is fucking frustrating - first we work like donkeys- day and night on meagre pay, come to office 4 days a week after facing the infamous Bengaluru traffic and they don't even give us time to work on switch prep .
So finally what i am trying to ask is - is there a strategic plan to it? I try to solve at least 2 leetcode problems a day but i am unable to stay consistent.
Is everyone in the same boat? If not, how do you manage time ?
