Highly recommended if you are in Latacunga; I stayed with Wily and his wife at the Cotopaxi Wasi Andina Lodge. A very pleasant stay with delicious food (and they have 3 llamas). Wily is a mountain guide and I climbed the Cotopaxi and Chimborazo volcanoes with him; you can also easily start the Quilotoa loop from here.
