Hello everyone, has anyone here experienced issues using Home Depot gift cards when placing orders?

I’m using a VPN and the same setup I’ve always used because apparently it works that way, before I didn't have to use a VPN but since the issue occurred I figured out they might block e gift card payment method, so that's why I am using a VPN. It used to work perfectly, but after placing a large batch of orders (around 98+), my main account ended up getting banned and I couldn’t log in anymore.

I created a new account, and while everything else works fine, I can’t use gift cards at all. Every time I try, I get an error saying the payment method isn’t available. The gift cards themselves are valid, but the system won’t let me apply them on my end.

Also, I am a contractor for mid construction company, so that would explain my bulk orders or quantity, as tools is mostly needed in our projects.

Is it possible that Home Depot flagged or restricted my IP address or blocked gift card usage due to unusual activity? Would appreciate any insights from anyone who has dealt with something similar.

Hello guys, is there anyone here that have experienced an error when using GiftCards when placing orders in Home Depot?

My client is from U.S and it works on his end. I have my VPN on, and everything set-up. It worked before, but after when I tried to place a massive Home Depot order for his friend, it's like 98 orders+ after that our main account got banned, and both of us were not able to log-in, so we created another account-a new one, placing orders from his end works, but on mine, it does not allow me to use giftcards, it gives me an error prompt that says "This payment method is not available, etc.." But on my client, it allows him to use gift cards. Is it possible that home depot blocked my IP address, or they restricted my IP address and the ability to use gift cards because they detected that we are a reseller? Something like that? Need help
