Called coast guard because I’ve been waiting for them to send me my new mmc with rfpew upgrade and lady over the phone told me it will take between 8 to 12 months because theirs 19,000 applications, I sent my application back in February is their any truth to what she’s saying has anyone sent theirs around the same time and got their mmc by now.
