Help with signal chain
Hey guys, first time poster here and honestly a pretty big novice when it comes to the technical aspects of pedals and signal chains.
I’m building a board for ampless live gigging and I need help with the order I should put my pedals in. Here’s a rundown of what I have right now and the order I have it in from start to finish:
Tuner, compressor, volume pedal, pog octave, trem, strymon sunset, big sky, timeline, walrus acs1
Since I’m running the amp simulator, should it go before my wet effects, or should I leave it at the end and treat it like an amp? I’m using it pretty clean, just for some break up and better tone with my drive coming from the sunset.
Any help you guys can give this noobie is much appreciated!
Also: at the end of the chain I’m using an A/B switcher to either send my signal to a looping station or to a DI
