Just saw the site plan for Prestige Golden Grove... is it just me or do those middle towers look really crowded? Looking at the layout, if you're in one of those units facing inwards, you're basically just going to be staring at your neighbor's balcony. I know Prestige is a big brand and all, but for the price they're asking, I was expecting a bit more open space or something.
Anyone else looked at this? My cousin was saying it's better to take the outer facing ones even if there's road noise, because the "garden view" inside just looks like looking into a concrete well. Not sure though, maybe I'm overthinking it. What do you guys think?
