Chapter 7 Eastern NC Sole Prop
Has anyone here filed Chapter 7 as a no asset, no inventory (service provider) sole proprietor or single member LLC? If so what was your experience? Were you able to keep your business running during the process? Conversely, anyone file personal as a member of a multimember LLC or partnership and care to share their experience?
