I did a big order with Cult Beauty. One of the items was missing from the order so I texted their customer support line. It went backwards and sideways and round in circles. I had to log into my account to read their messages and then suddenly I couldn’t log into! They have literally cancelled my account. Has this happened to anyone else? And no I haven’t received the item.
