How do you feel about the pigeon-toe in Disney movies

>When a person stands naturally and comfortably, their feet should turn slightly outward. In biomechanics and anatomy, this natural outward rotation is known as the Fick angle (or foot flare). For the average adult, a normal, relaxed stance involves each foot pointing outward by about 5 to 18 degrees from the center midline of the body.

I noticed that some princesses in the movies are pigeon-toed. For example, Rapunzel is pigeon-toed in most shots where her feet are visible (picture 1), but there are some exceptions (picture 2). Another example is Moana; unlike Rapunzel, she is pigeon-toed in only three shots (picture 3), while her gait and posture are normal in other shots (picture 4). The same situation appears in Moana 2, where Moana is pigeon-toed in a few shots (picture 5), while her posture is normal in other shots (picture 6). The weirdest is the last picture, where Moana's posture is normal, while Loto is pigeon-toed. I find the pigeon-toed posture in the movies inexplicable, and I really don't know what the intention was.
