Hi everybody!

I have a booking with MSC Orchestra (May 2026, from Rome, Italy) and I’ve already received my e-tickets and luggage tags without finishing properly check-in. E-tickets I received after one week after finishing my web check-in (as I thought that check-in is completed)

The check-in process is really confusing:

The website says check-in is completed, but at the same time, it tells me to contact a travel agency to get tickets (but I booked everything myself), without any agencies.

In the app, check-in still shows as incomplete. The app keeps asking me to upload a selfie and enter passport/ID details, but nothing gets saved.

It worked fine for the other passenger, but not for me.

The website sometimes saves my document details, sometimes it doesn’t.

Also, since I’m based in Estonia, I couldn’t find a clear contact email, so I emailed a few addresses — only the Italian office replied so far. I hope that they will help me somehow.

So I’m a bit confused now:

Should I actually worry about this case, or can I just ignore the app issues and website issues if I already have the e-tickets?
