Came home last week and smelled burning and the dryer had nP blinking on the screen and won’t start anymore. It appears the heating element caught built up lint on fire. I got rid of the burnt lint, cleaned the rest of the lint out of other places, and replaced the heating element (kept the original thermostat and thermistor because the heating element I ordered had a thermostat with two prongs instead of three - the thermostat and thermistor both have continuity still), but the dryer is still not starting. It still just makes a click sound when I try to start it, but nothing happens. Dryer is an LG Sensor Dryer model number DLEX3700V.
