I’ve been training for Mont Tremblant 70.3 (my first half, ever) for a few months now. Aiming to get sub 5h10 min. Race day is about two months out.

I’ve not been using creatine up to this point but am hearing some conflicting info if it’s good a good idea to hop on for recovery/gains.

My worry is that the extra water weight will not help come race day. Currently 6’1 about 175lbs.

My question is, would you recommend taking it now or leave it? If yes, at what dosage ? 10mg per day?
