I’m independent executor.
I want the proceeds from the home sale to be distributed to the beneficiaries equally into their own accounts. Can the title company do this instead of sending to the estate account and creating more work for me to do wire transfers, etc.

I’m making these butterflies for gifts and am thinking through the gifting process now. They have a jump ring on the back to hand in a window.
They are for teachers at my children’s school and I will not be present when opened.
Do you guys make a note to *wash hands after handling* or go into more detail I.e this is made with 60/40 lead solder and should not be handled without immediately washing hands…?
