really deperate now. asking lang po regarding sa endorsement letter ng apmc. Should i informally mail apmc asking for the endorsement letter? Cos its been 2 days di pa nagrereply. Or should i make my own formal letter in pdf to email apmc for that? Then upload ko sa gforms? Im so confused sorry lutang din from duty e
