Name pronunciation help

Husband and I are both American European mutts, each with some distant Irish heritage. baby is due in 5 weeks, don’t know the sex we have two girls names picked that we love but struggling with boy names

Last name starts with K and is a Czech name that for some reason is difficult for most people to pronounce even though there aren’t any tricky or silent letters. we don’t want a first name with a K because it’s too close for comfort to KKK although the middle initial will be J (for James). we love the name Cieran/Ciaran and greatly prefer it to Kieran spelling but worry that our child will have to deal with people mispronouncing their first and last names all the time. we have some other boy names but we aren’t 100% sold on them. should we stick with Cieran or chiose one of the other names?
