Relay Grounding issue from ecm

2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3 L 4wd

Good morning, I just need some help confirming my diagnosis with my truck.

So from my understanding the ecm provides a ground to the starter relay when the key is turned. Which then powers the starter and starts the engine. I shot pin 30 of the starter relay and found that it had no ground provided even when turning the key. So I then I found the grounding wire which comes from the ecm and back probed it and verified that when the key turns it provides ground and it did (it did not show ground at the fusebox). So I believe the ecm is good.

My next train of thought was to figure out why the ground wasn’t making it to the relay. I took apart the fuse box and began checking the circuit board underneath . I then shot from where the ground of the relay contacts the circuit board and where the circuit board contacts the plug X2 from the ecm. The ground would not make it through the circuit board.

Right now I pretty sure I need to replace the circuit board as I believe the traces for the grounds got fried. Does this troubleshooting make sense, and are there any other components that could be blocking the ground from reaching the relay?
