Looking for a female subleaser (current roommates are all women). The house will be professionally cleaned before move-in, and everything is recently updated.
The room is very large with great natural light, and since only ~2 other roommates are expected this summer, there’s a strong chance you’ll have your own bathroom.

- Location: steps from a bus stop with direct access to CMU & Pitt
- Area: quiet, safe Squirrel Hill neighborhood (great alternative to busy Oakland)
- Pet-friendly
I absolutely love this house - it’s incredibly convenient as I often have to go to Pitt or CMU campuses, while still being in a calm, residential area.
Pricing reflects the space, amenities, and current rent, but I’m open to discussion for the right fit.
