So unfortunately the soles of my feet are super sensitive and ticklish. For my showers I typically exfoliate religiously with my African net sponge, but I have always struggled with my feet needing more TLC/a deep scrub (every once in a while) since I feel like I cant do much to them. What do you guys recommend I try/use to make sure my foot hygiene stays solid?
