Recently heard about the Catalinbread gated reverb, and if I’m understanding it right- it essentially turns the reverb amount up with the attack/volume of your playing. (I could be wrong on this)

I’m wondering if there’s any pedals that would do the opposite. There’s a few songs I play where in the verses it’s more picking/individual notes where I would want reverb- but some percussive stops where I’d like to have a louder volume and little to no reverb. Are there pedals that do this?

I know I could just turn off the pedal manually, just trying to be lazy/limit the amount of pedals I have to change at once for a particular sound.
