iPad Mini 6th Gen, iPad OS 18, happened after an iPad reset.
Plugged it into a PC using iTunes, the pop up saying "There's a problem with this iPad, please update or restore it" instantly came up.
I first restored it, no error codes or anything popped up, "iPad successfully restored rebooting now" appeared, and yet it booted straight back into recovery and the "Problem with the iPad please update or restore" popped up again.
Tried it a total of 5 times, every time it claims it has succeeded but it refuses to boot in anything but recovery. Tried clicking update instead, same thing.
Downloaded an IPSW file from IPSW.me in case the system file iTunes downloaded got corrupted, same thing happened again.
I'm running out of options - is this a hardware fault? My warranty is out. Would doing this on a Mac rather than PC do anything? Help please
