Wanting to Pivot into Sales or Customer Success.
I'm currently a Sales Operations Manager at 36yrs old and 10 years of experience but recently I've hit a wall with my motivation. I've been wanting to consider Sales or Customer Success for a while. I've built Sales plays, pipeline processes, pricing, executive alignment, etc. Instead of being the Guy in the Chair (Ned) I want to be out there in the field directly generating and being accountable for the revenue. For those that have switched careers to a Sales or CSM role what advice or tips do you have?
