Hello, I've entered a long interview round with a company, and at the end, they gave me an offer and I accepted it. In the ceo interview, they told me their future plans about some divisions on their company, how I'm going to fit in, and they told me some future plans about my career growth too. Afterwards, I've talked with them about my start date and gave a notice period to my current company. After two weeks, I've seen that they got acquired from another company on a different country. After seeing those news, I got scared a bit. Could this acquisition cause them to rescind my offer? Or do you think I could get laid off a few weeks or months after joining the company? Or do you think things will go well?
