Hello,

I opened last year a bank account with Hana and now my debit card is not working. First I notice I could not make payments at Coupang or other platforms. Then I tried to withdraw cash from an ATM and I got displayed my current balance but there was a message saying that 0 won were available for withdrawing.

My ARC expired this month and I plan to leave the country soon since I'm on a tourist visa. But until then I would like to keep using my card as usual. Since my visa is expired and they also cancelled my phone number linked to my ARC, I cannot use anymore my bank card?

Also, I need to make some bank transfers before leaving, will that be blocked too?

Edit: the expiration date for the debit card is not an issue, I checked.
