Over the last few days my baby has developed this rash kind of thing on her chin. 1st pic is two days ago, 2nd pic is today.

Before this she had just gotten rid of a different kind of rash, which was 100% from her drooling and then putting her soother in. But I have been making sure to constantly dry off her chin so it went away (unless this is also from drool)

There’s so many possibilities (cold sore, eczema, drool rash, teething rash, impetigo) but im nervous to go to my doctor because they love to just hand out antibiotics and I don’t want to give her that unless it’s actually necessary.

Wondering if anyone seen similar things and what it could be?
