I bought a “100% authentic” Louis Vuitton bag from this girl and it turned out to be completely fake. She even provided a fake receipt and falsely claimed in the listing that it was authentic with proof of purchase.

I paid cash in person, and later discovered that everything she said was a lie. The entire listing was misleading and dishonest. When I contacted her to return the bag and simply get my money back, she refused to cooperate.

What’s even worse is that she still has the post up, continuing to mislead other buyers. I genuinely believe she may own a real bag and uses that real receipt to make her fake listings seem legitimate while selling counterfeit items to people.

It’s clear she knows exactly what she’s doing and refuses to take responsibility. I’m sharing this to bring awareness so no one else makes the same mistake I did. Buyers beware!! Karma will catch up to scammers like this.

I want to share my experience with Culture Circle so that others can make an informed decision before ordering from them.

In January 2026, I ordered a bag worth ₹14,000 from Culture Circle. At the time of ordering, everything seemed normal and the product showed as available. However, after placing the order, the problems began.

For an entire month, the bag was not delivered. The order status kept showing “processing”, with no real updates. I tried waiting patiently at first, assuming it was just a delay.

After getting frustrated, I decided to make a Reddit post about the issue, explaining how my order hadn’t been delivered after a month. That post started getting quite a few views and some traction.

Interestingly, after that post gained visibility, I noticed something strange. There were multiple replies defending Culture Circle, claiming delays were normal and that the company was reliable. The replies felt suspiciously similar and looked like they might have been written by people connected to the company rather than genuine customers.

A few days after that post gained attention, Culture Circle finally contacted me. They told me they would resolve the issue within a few days.

Soon after, one of their representatives called me and informed me that the original bag I ordered was “no longer available.” This was surprising because it had been listed as available when I ordered it.

Instead of delivering the product I paid for, they offered me another bag, but with an additional payment required from my side. Since I had already waited a month, I reluctantly agreed just so the matter could finally be resolved.

But the situation has now become even more frustrating.

It has been another month, and the replacement bag is still stuck in “processing.” I still have not received any product. In total, it has now been around two months since I placed the original order, and I have nothing to show for it.

At this point, the whole experience feels extremely unprofessional and misleading:

They took the payment immediately.

The product was never delivered.

The product later became “unavailable.”

They asked for more money for a different product.

Even the replacement order is still not delivered after another month.

For a platform that claims to be a legitimate marketplace for premium products, this level of service is unacceptable.
