I realise this is not the prettiest of topics but has anyone experienced bad constipation during their HA recovery and does anyone have any advice. Fibre and fluids aren't helping 😢.

I was just wondering if anyone in this sub Reddit with primary amenorrhea has tried HRT(not the pill but patches and progesterone pills for endometrial protection?) If so would you recommend it /did it help symptoms of brain fog and tiredness subside? Thanks in advance
