They’re still slabbed, so see past the scuffs on the holder.
I bought these dirt cheap digging through a bargain bin. Initial thoughts are “impossible, worth nothing more than a couple bucks” because of the grade assigned by that company; I presume thats why they were in a bin. However, I believe I see full steps on the nickel and given the period, many high grade examples show similar details, or lack thereof.
Am I dreaming or could these be at least a 66 or above? Thoughts?
