What is in my ferrets poop?!

My ferrets poop has looked pretty normal (slightly runny recently) for the 2 months I’ve had him, but I just noticed this. It looks like mucus. I’m working on getting him to a vet, but can anyone on here tell me sooner what this might be?

I started fostering these ferrets about 2 months ago, and this is the first time they’ve ever been to the vet (yesterday). My girl has adrenal gland disease, and the director of the rescue I’m fostering for gave her a des implant at the vet. These being my first ferrets, I’m very worried that its not supposed to look like this. The woman at the rescue said this amount of bruising was normal for adrenals, but is she wrong?

Edit: shes not shaved btw! She’s lost a lot of fur because of her adrenals, and she keeps scratching at the implant site and ripping more fur out
