So me (21f) my boyfriend (22m) are planning a trip for August. We are both in college so looking for something that gives luxury for the lowest price. Here’s our options so far

1. Montenegro

2. Albanian riviera

3. St croix

4. St maarten

5. Somewhere in Portugal?

Can anyone give me any pros/cons for any of these or suggest somewhere with similar vibes? Basically cheaper and less overrun alternatives to Mykonos. We are both decently well travelled but I just want to ensure where we go is safe and will be a successful trip (not a place we take a gamble on). We will probably stay in a hotel or Airbnb on the water so that’s what I care about most.
