It’s like the title says. Back in November I purchased the bundle for &90 and still have yet to receive it. I’ve never purchased merch before and didn’t know about the Shop app so I tried to rely on USPS for tracking, but then it began to show me ‘Tracking Not Available’. So I finally logged into Vanoss store and found my purchase only for it to say it’s been fulfilled, except I’ve never received a package and neither have my neighbors.

I’m just wondering if anybody else hasn’t received theirs. This makes me all a bit wary and I fear I may have waited too long but I figured an order like that may take a while especially if it’s a pre-order. I’ve contacted support and am now waiting for a reply.
