Safe housing

Hi, I’ve been looking for more apartments here in midtown and I’ve been reading all the reviews. Most are from the tours and the others are bad ones. I don’t know if I should ignore them. There are also car break ins for a lot of them. But then I thought I could just keep nothing in my car.

Does anyone know any safe apartments in midtown that don’t have the mail stolen or many break ins?

I’m narrowing it down to Hanover Midtown, the society Atlanta, Emmi, and novel. Are those decent? I mean I read some bad reviews for them so I’m kind of scared.

Feel Free to suggest more. Also need to be close to Marta station so that’s why I’m choosing midtown. Buck head is kind of scary lol

Mannn I love it here. It’s so safe, The community is tight, the summers are nice, the winters I dislike but the snow mountains were a new one for me. I climbed one time. I also walked on a frozen lake for the first time! Uncharted is so good. The baristas know my name now because I go so much haha. I think they even memorized my order. I feel so safe walking at night alone. I can walk home at night from the bus stop to my apartment in pitch black dark and not worry about getting offed. Occasionally, there are some sus people trying to harass me but when I just ignore the they leave me alone. It’s nowhere near as dangerous as the cities south. Omg and the buses are so clean and most of the time, on time. They don’t smell bad either! I love the beaches! I love the trials! No fire ants yay! Cool sea stuff! Lobsters! So many good Asian food! Sushi yay! The mall is cool and so many churches. Hannaford is nice. I never seen one until now. So many boats. I love boats. But sadly the ocean water is too cold to my liking even in the summer. I wanna go to Bar Harbor before I leave. But all things must end and I’m moving back to a southern city. Crime will be more prevalent and I will have to go back home early or uber home instead of taking the bus because the bus there at night is dangerous. Unfortunately. It was great here. The only thing I don’t like is it still being cold in April and May. At home it’s 70-80 now 😅 Mainers are so lucky to live in such a safe state.

Hi, I'm looking for an Atlanta apartment. My mom is willing to do 2,500 for rent but I feel like that's over kill so I am saying 1.5-1.9k. Ideally, I want to be in midtown close to a Marta station because I do not have a car with me currently. I also would like to be close to a Publix.

One thing I am confused about is on why the apartments are getting cheaper. I saw one for 1.3k and found that suspicious. Nomia started at 1.4k and found that strange because I looked the other day and It was 1.9k. And I saw some others for below 1.5k. I am wondering if the market is just getting better or if it is getting unsafe.

My mom doesn't want me around dangerous people or parts of town and she told me the apartment have to have security and be in a nice part of Midtown. Also, I would prefer them not to smell like weed or have former felons living there for my safety. I am sensitive to weed.

I am just scared if I go around 1.5k it will be "what we paid for" Does anyone know if AMLI, Ascent, Nomia, are good? If I go below the 1.7ish mark, will it still be safe and not bad or are we better spending more so we get no problems. if anyone also knows any other apartments plz suggest tysm

Hello, delete it not allowed. I read rules and it didn’t say price help is not allowed.

I need help pricing these toys to sell. I looked online and the prices were all over the place. I’m confused on how to price them. I’m scared if I price them they might be worth more.
