Hi! im having pc with specs:

Ryzen 9 5900XT

MSI MPG Gaming Plus X570

Power supply Be Quiet Pure Power 11 FM 850W

RX 6950 XT

2x RAM CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8GB (had 4x 8gb but got some errors on memtest, downgraded from 32gb to 16gb)

I'm having a lot of problems with this setup. Constant stuttering while gaming, system instability, and frequent crashes when switching windows. I even can't play at stable 100fps in 2k for example in diablo 4. Is there any change that will be profitable or should I prepare to change the entire set?
